*Spoilers*
So Audrey finds Jake's body in that storage unit with a note pinned to him saying "See how I finished the job for you, Audrey?" That's a bit weird. She obviously can't call the police as that will incriminate her and whatever she has done in season one. So, she leaves his decaying body there until she returns with Noah. Low and behold the unit is empty and filled with furniture, although Noah notices a camera and takes this with hopes of finding something on it. When we get to Noah's house Audrey grabs a bookend and is about to hit Noah over the head with it so he doesn't find out what is on the tape... are you serious? She could have killed her best friend. Fortunately for Noah there is no media detected so his head stays intact. Audrey receives a text with a picture of Jake's body saying "don't worry, partner. I covered for you."
Emma meets her dad, for real this time, and he doesn't give her the answers she is looking for. We later find out that he beat her mum and broke her jaw... nice. He turns up at Maggie's door and states that he has received emails from Riley about Emma and this is contributing to the reason why he came back. Maggie tells him to go to the police, due to their history and all.
There's this new Sheriff's son and he seems odd. He seems obsessed with Brooke and keeps talking to her about Jake. He even pretends to be her boyfriend when Mr Branson turns up again. This is where we find out that it was actually Mr Branson that left the flowers on Brooke's car and not Jake's killer.
Remember that poor guy who Noah interviewed for his podcast? The front desk guy, Eddie, from the hotel? Well he was savagely killed, poor guy. The killer then texts Emma pretending to be her dad and asks her to meet them in the hotel room where Eddie was killed. Luckily she does not walk in the bathroom as this is where Eddie's body is (in the bath, like Psycho with the famous shower scene). Audrey gets a live feed from the killer showing her where Emma is, and Audrey rushes to the hotel to find Emma. Luckily Emma had walked out so was safe for another night. The killer texts Audrey saying that she should not have called the police and has left the corkscrew used to kill Eddie under her seat. Cool.
I'm not digging this Audrey story-line at the moment but I am sure I will once it starts to unravel.
